I think you’ll really enjoy my conversation with Kathleen Weber. 

Kathleen attended DePaul University and is a former Division 1 NCAA Basketball Coach, first serving as an Assistant Coach at DePaul University in Chicago, and then moved on to be the Head Women’s Basketball Coach at the University of North Carolina Asheville in Asheville, North Carolina.

Her latest venture is Quest Dynamics Group. Here, she has taken all the lessons she learned over the years and created a system (called IGNITE) that focuses on mindset strategies, mission, values, and purpose with an emphasis on individual ownership and accountability. When her IGNITE system is followed and implemented correctly, individuals and teams can enjoy significantly increased performance and success.

It’s hard not to be motivated by Kathleen. Her program encourages individuals to achieve their goals by staying true to the effort and work required for success.
